Abstract |
With the popularization of higher education, scarcity of jobs for university undergraduates is becoming a serious problem in China. It has been observed that students from ‘San-Ben Universities’ have less chance of finding a job. ‘San-Ben Universities’, acknowledged as private universities and independent colleges, have increased in China in recent years. However, not much research has been conducted on students of ‘San-Ben Universities’. For this reason, this paper aims to explain the mechanism of career expectations of students from ‘San-Ben Universities’ and analyzes the influence of learning behavior on career expectations. As a result, it was found that students from ‘San-Ben Universities’ have the same desire to go to graduate school as students from other famous universities, and that their learning behaviors influence their career expectations. Based on these findings, it may be deduced that the tendency of “schooling” in ‘San-Ben University’ influence students’ career expectations..
