Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explain what it is specific information of “They want to convey” and “They want to know” about cooperation between day care centers teachers, preschools teachers and elementary schools teachers.  

The results were given as follows. First, teachers had a strong need to cooperate tools can’t convey only the cumulative guidance records. Additionally, elementary schools teacher wanted day care centers teachers and preschools teachers to convey the information to collect and not too many. Second, the features of items that they think it’s important was based on individual trait even if children’s environment were not changed. On another front, the features of items that they don’t think it’s important was necessary in the context of early child education and care but required in the mainly consist of the learning when children enter the elementary school. Third, the difference in features of items was different of the image between day care centers teachers, preschools teachers and elementary schools teachers. They should understand each other why they want to convey and know, and apply the information after children enter their elementary schools.
