Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to report the findings of inspections that focused on whole school approach and SEL program in United States. The authors visited CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning) and found that how effective to do whole school approach. They compared the systems of whole school approach in States, Hong-Kong and Japan. Then they suggest the collaboration is important to do whole school approach more effectively.
