Abstract
Observations of children's playground behaviours were obtained in order to show whether teachers promoted preschoolers to use apology-forgiveness script, and whether preschoolers used apology-forgiveness script. Additionally, to explore what categories were contained in apology-forgiveness script, 6-year-old children participated in the interview. Results indicated that the apology script consisted of the reception of responsibility, the cognition of anger in the victim, and the desire of acquirement of forgiveness from the victim, and apology. In the same way, the forgiveness script consisted of apology, empathy for the victimizer, and forgiveness.
