The study area of higher education and employment has mainly examined the employment status after graduation. On the other hand the study of entrance examination or educational programs has been approached separately from the employment points of view. As a consequence each study cannot propose consistent and helpful strategies toward the universities. This paper makes an attempt to unify these three areas based on a case study of faculty of business administration and information science and three points are made clear. In the first place the traditional standard of information about graduates' employment is swayed and making another one is needed. Next though the aim of entrance examination shifts from the guarantee of academic ability to motivation, there is still no information about the relationship between the performance of entrance examination and that of getting jobs. And lastly educational programs are not structured through the interdisciplinary cooperation among the faculty members or the bridge-building between academic knowledge and practice knowledge.
