The purpose of this paper is to clarify the psychological features of children who have nephrotic syndrome through tree drawing test. The results of test showed that the children felt they had been damaged both consciously and unconsciously. Their body image was unstable and easily changed by the physical condition. Since, children who have nephritic syndrome sometimes had a relapse of illness, their adaptation was not stable. They felt they were incompetence, uneasy about their future and their mental state was unstable.
