Abstract
Mineichiro Adachi contributed greatly to world peace as a diplomat and chief judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice. In 1912–1915, he served as Japanese Minister Plenipotentiary to Mexico. In the civil war state, he cooperates with ministers in Europe major countries and tries arbitration between the Mexican government and the United States.It was the origin of his activity at the stage of the Palace of Nations.
