Abstract
This paper’s purpose is to expand the interpretation theory which can void unreasonable fixed term of labor contract. Specifically I insist that unreasonable fixed term of labor contract becomes invalid by applying Labor contract law article 20 which prohibits employer to determine unreasonable working conditions.
