保健室来室者への理解と支援について : 健康観察・保健室来室記録をとおして

本研究の目的は，保健室に来室する子どもたちをどのように理解し、支援していくことが望ましいのかを考察することである。そのためには，まず本校の子どもたちの実態を知ることが必要であると考えた。そこで健康観察から欠席状況を調査し分析したり，毎日の保健室来室記録を，様々な視点でデータ化し分析したりすることにより，子どもたちの実態把握をした。現在，社会的にも心の健康問題が多様化，増大しており，低学年ほど心の問題が内科的症状として表れやすいと言われている。本校の保健室来室者のうち，内科的な理由で来室する割合は，全国の割合に比べ高い。子どもたちの心身の健康の早期発見・早期対応をするために，保健室の環境をどのように整えたらよいか整理し，今後取り組むことをまとめた。

The purpose of this study is to examine how to understand and support school nurse's office visitors, figuring out the situations of pupils of the school. The present study examined and analyzed attendance through health monitoring and data in nurse's office visiting records. In Japan, mental health problems are getting varied and the number of patients are increasing; it is said that mental health problems appear as internal manifestations particularly among early elementary graders. Among nurse's office visitors in our school, the percentage of internal manifestations as a reason for visiting is higher than the national average. The article concluded with listing expected future efforts for early detections and pre-emptive moves, including environmental arrangements of the nurse's office.
