| Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the members' consciousness of three different farm size village-based group farmings by a member survey. The group farming size affects the members' commitment and the consciousness. Falling rice price has brought business diffculty of the group farmings and the size has been enlarged by mergers or cooperation among the group farmings. Enlargement of group farming size brought the law members' commitment, and too smaller size brought the difficulty of keeping good farming leader continuously.
We suggest that the cooperation of group farmings will be better than the merger, because cooperation will be able to keep the basic unit of group farming and stay small size, however to enlarge the business size. |
