Abstract
I wrote Narushima Nobuyuki's career from 1689 to 1740 in a serial form, and this paper is a sequel to it and deals with articles presented to him from the latter part of March to October in 1740.

In March, Reizei Tamehisa came back from Edo to Kyoto. Tamehisa composed a farewell waka at Shinagawa on the way back home, and Nobuyuki replied.

In October, a Buddhist monk Touko died. Nobuyuki made an inscription "Touko Oshou Hi" in mourning Touko's death.

As usual Nobuyuki served as a mediator between dignitaries around Tokugawa Yoshimune and librarians of Momijiyama Library.
