Abstract
本研究は広島大学における体育実技特別コース受講学生に対して行ったアンケート調査を元に, 本コースの授業を分析したもので, 以下の結果が得られた。

(1) これまでの受講学生はのべ87名であり, そのうち男子学生は75名(86.2%), 女子学生は12名(13.8%)であった。

(2) 同じような特別コースを設けている東京大学と比較すると, 広島大学における受講学生数はかなり少なかった。

(3) 受講学生の疾患では, 運動器系疾患が最も多く(57.1%), 循環器系疾患(14.3%), 泌尿器系疾患(11.9%)がこれに続いていた。

(4) 運動種目は疾病・障害に応じて実施されたために多種目にわたった。最も多く実施されたのは卓球であり, 次にアーチェリー, ローラースケートが続いていた。

(5) 全ての学生が「体育特別コースを受けて良かった」という評価をしていたが, 疾病・障害のある学生であっても一般学生と区別すべきでないという意見を持つものが一名いた。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the nine years' experience of the special sports' training course for physically handicapped students which has been offered since 1983 by Department of Health and Physical Education Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Hiroshima University. Students' evaluations and opinions on this course and physical conditions were utilized for analysis. The results obtained were as follows:

(1) The total students participated in this course from 1983 to 1991 were 87, including 75 males (86.2%) and 12 female (13.8%).

(2) The number of students enrolled in the course was much smaller than that of the special training course of Tokyo University.

(3) Among the diseases that the students suffered from, the most numerous were movement disabilities (57.1%, bone fracture, dislocation, sprain, etc.), and cardiac (14.3%, ventricular tachycardia, right bundle branch block, etc.) and urinary diseases (11.9%, nephritis and nephrosis) were next in order of numbers.

(4) Many sports were introduced into the course for the students suffered from various disease. Frequently introduced sports were table tennis, archery and roller-skating.

(5) All of the students were satisfied with the course, although one student did not recognize the existence of the course.
