A Chronological table of Chang Nai-ch'i's Life (Version I) : Between "Nationalism" and "Democracy" in Chin

Chang Nai-ch'i (章乃器 : 1897-4977); he was organizer of All-China Federation of National Salvation Association (全国各界救国連合会), vice chairman of All China Federation of Industry and Commerce (中華全国工商連合会), minister of Food (糧食部部長), vice chairman of Democratic National Consultative Association (中華民主建国会) ....and so on. Chang is one of most important intellectuals in modern Chinese history.

So there are a lot of recollection about him. However there are few analysis of Chang Nai-ch'i's Life. Therefore, I chosen Chang in this chronological table.

When I wrote it, I emphasized next three points;

(1) deails of Chang Nai-ch'i's plitical action,

(2) meaning of his relation to China Communist Party,

(3) characteristic of his relation to local power in South-Western China.
