Abstract |
Due to the influence of the education system and political movement from the end of 1950s to the middle of 1970s, the professional ability of music teachers was not developed successfully. As a result, micro teaching was adopted as a new method of teacher training, to enhance the professional ability of all teachers including music teachers in China. Concrete research has been conducted in the field of micro teaching concerning its various aspects, e. g. including the necessary and clear teaching skill, execution procedure, evaluation of the improvement of students' professional skill, and microteachingtalking classes. Therefore, this article provides an insight into the following four subjects: "the relation between separate teaching skill and integrated teaching skill", "the topics related to how to decrease the experimental errors and how to adjust the intervals between simulative classes", "the enforcement of microteaching during the teaching practice", and "the establishment of right conceptions about education and children based on the teaching skill training".
