Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explore the consciousness for health, exercise and sports in order to understand the actual condition and to find out a way to develope the healty and vivid life in a future. The objects of this research (182 sheets) are the eldery people from 40s to 70s. The results of this research are as follows : 1. About the conciousness for health and physical fitness at present, they feel fatigue physically, mentally and also lack of exercise. 2. About the actual state of the joining to exercise and sports at present, the younger people do more exercise and sports than the eldery people. 3. The people who join to exercise and sports are influenced upon the conciousness for their will on learning physical education and their skills of their school ages. 4. Their independent activity of their extracurricular activities in the school, and the latest activity in the public facilities, have an influence upon a view and practice of exercise and sports. We must educate to be conscious of health and physical strength for life from childhood, and the various service for eldery people should be invented and equipped fully.
