Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to point out through grobal context the United Nations system structures. Center-peripheral relation structures explains three dimensions of stratification within the United Nations system: (1) Principal organs of the U.N., other U.N. organs, specialized agencies and other autonomous organizations and regional commissions in the U.N. system developed on a worldwide scale with regional differences. (2) Inequality of resource allocation in finacial and an administrative structures. (3) Decision-making structures in international bureaucrats system. The results of analysis clearly show by stratification within the U.N. system that institutional reform efforts are required in the cotext of North-South relations. These proceedings have represented a significant set of reformations for North-Sough relations, since over the past decade, the operation and structure of the U.N. system have been important in shaping the political relationships between industrialized and developing countries, particulary over issues relating to the possible creation of a Future Worlds Order or New International Economic Order.
