Abstract
Three species of ammonites from the upper part of the Fujikawa Formation of Shikoku are described. They are Hypophylloceras yeharai n. sp., Mariella sp. aff. M. cantabrigiensis ( JUKES-BROWNE), and Desmoceras (Pseudouhligella) dawsoni shikokuense (YABE and SHIMIZU). On the basis of the described species and also of a revised stratigraphic observation, the fossiliferous part of the Fujikawa Formation is referred to the Albian, probably Upper Albian.
