By the end of the 20th century, the study of lifelong learning has generated the new concept of "the fusion of school education and social education". However, this concept is not entirely new, because, "fusion" is the progresive concept of "cooperation".
The aim of this paper is to examine the possibility of cooperation in social education. Firstly, we examined the cooperation of school education and social education. Secondly, we examined the cooperation of higher education and social education. Finally, we tried to explain the merit and features of cooperation of higher education and social education.
