The present study was designed to investigate female teacher's stereotype-attitudes on the charge of grade class in elementary schools. Survey 1 confirmed the actual conditions that most of lower grade classes were in the charge of female teachers but that most of higher grade classes were in the charge of male teachers. In survey 2, if was showed that female teachers had the stereotype-attitudes on the charge of grade classes that lower grade classes were suitable for female teachers to charge and higher grade classes were suitable for male teachers to charge.
