This paper aimed at descriving the following five facts: (1) The term, dialect-speech, must be different from a discourse which includes the folk's writings. (2) It might be possible to apply the study of a daily speech for the development of the traditional methods. (3) The linguistic map of Morning Greeting is analysed as a case study of the dialect geography. (4) Three kinds of the Waving Intonation which can be heard over the Hokuriku district covering Fukui, Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures. (5) It might be recognized that the potencial function of the intonation can be found in ending particles expressing the familiality.
