地域を変え日本を変える <特別寄稿>

本稿の目的は、広島を始めとした地域経済を、長期的・世界的視点から再評価し、日本経済と併せた処方策を考えることにある。具体的には「経済のサービス化」、「人口・労働の動向」、「地域環境とニュービジネス」、「成熟経済と広域化・世界標準化」という地域経済および日本経済が共に直面する4つの大きな切り口から、地域と日本の双方に関わる変革の方向及び改善策を探って行く。結論としては「世界標準に適い、市民が何度でも挑戦しうる経済・社会・教育システムを早急に構築すべきである」ということであり、それには、国からの変革を待つのではなく、地域からも変革・接近を計らねば間に合わないのである。

The aim of this paper is to evaluate regional and Japanese economic systems from long time and world wide viewpoints, and also to write prescription for them. We have four sections of viewpoints. They are ① service, ② population and labour, ③ environment and new business, and ④ world standardization. We should construct the new economic system which is elastic and world standardized. We don't have so much time in world wide competition.
