Effective Therapy for Intractable Post-dental Extraction Pain

Abstract
A 69-year-old female who had suffered from intractable postdental extraction pain for several years was effectively treated with pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) therapy for blocking the Gasserian ganglion. There are few effective methods for treatment of neuropathic pain known as phantom tooth pain and PRF therapy may be a reasonable option.
