This present paper is a study The Er-ya-shu compiled by Xing-Bing 邢昺. In conclusion, I point out the fact that The Er-ya-shu have many the same contents of commentary as The Wujing-Zhengyi 五経正義, especially, as The Maoshi-Zhengyi 毛詩正義 and The Chunqiu-Zhengyi 春秋正義 have.
