A Study on the Japanese Schools in China around Russo-Japanese War

Abstract
This paper is focus on the influence about Regulations relating to the Sanctioned Schools in Foreign Countries, which was established in 1905, to Japanese Schools in China. The findings of this study are as follows. First, before the establishment of the Sanctioned Schools in Foreign Countries, Japanese Schools was managed by the Japanese society. But after the establishment of the Sanctioned Schools in Foreign Countries, the management of Japanese Schools was directly controlled by Japanese government. Second, after the establishment of the Sanctioned Schools in Foreign Countries, the curriculum of Japanese Schools must be strictly observance the Japanese rules. Finally, after the establishment of Regulations relating to the Sanctioned Schools in Foreign Countries, the spirit of national morality became the aim of Japanese Schools in China as the same as the domestic conditions in Japan.
