国内大学における地域経済研究機関の現状と課題 <研究ノート>

産官学連携による共同研究の実施など大学と地域の関わりがふかまるなかで、地域研究の拠点としての大学への期待も大きい。そのなかで、すでにいくつかの大学では、学内に地域経済研究機関を設置して、研究の推進と社会との連携を強化している。本研究は、国内大学・短期大学の地域経済研究機関に対して実施したアンケート調査・ヒアリング調査に基づいて、研究機関の活動実態と課題を明らかにすることにより、地方分権型社会における大学の役割を考察する。

The relationships between universities and local societies based on the business, governments and academics alliances have becoming more important in Japan. In this context, universities are expected to achieve as a basis of regional research activities. Some universities have already established regional economic research institutions, which is promoting various researches and reinforced alliances with local societies.

This study aims to clarify types of activities and issues of those institutions by sending questionnaire sheets and having interviews to regional economic research institutions in Japanese universities and colleges. In addition, this study analyzes the role of the universities in the coming decentralized society.
