This paper gives the results of investigations on corals, obtained from the Carboniferoes rocks of the Taishaku district, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, with special reference to their stratigraphic distribution and geological age.
Lithostrotionella taishakuensis, n. sp., Stylidophyllum yokomizoi, n. sp. and Pseudoparona taisyakuana are described and illustrated in the last chapter.
