Abstract
The education of the Japanese language has two aspects: that is, one that rules of psychological and social phenomena of the Japanese language are taught, and the other that an ability of constructing a systematic idea establishing the conception of the world are trained. In this paper I followed mainly the study of the latter, and I developed my theory whose aim is to shape the self-dependent idea, through my lessons of "Teaching method of the Japanese language". The following subjects were discussed during the lessons. 1) What is the desirable style of the Japanese language? 2) The classification of all the aspects of the language in our social lives. 3) The draft of our spiritual constitution. 4) Our own textbook of the Japanese language. Those subjects were penetrated by the following ideas, that is; We hoped to have a desirable style of the Japanese language as a general proposition. But since our idea of it might be varied by our social and historical conditions, we have attempted to classify all the aspects of the language in our social lives. As a point of view of the classification was recognized corresponding to the conception of the world, we tried to make out a draft of our spiritual constitution. Based on the constitution, our creative activities of the textbook of the Japanese language were performed. We must not only teach the fundamental knowledge, but also construct the self-dependent idea.
