World Health Organization (WHO) declared 'Health for All by 2.000!' in 1978, and primary Health Care (PHC) has been practiced in the developing countries by the effort of the self-convinced people who had been 'struggling with health problems of grass-roots people. I happened to be one of the HIROSHIMA survivors and have been working on grass-roots medicine in the developing countries, came to believe that PHC is the way of peace development in the medical field.
