This paper analyzes the document management situation at Hiroshima University after incorporation as a national university and clarifies what kind of changes occurred. At the same time, the paper also clarifies one of the most important role in the future of the Hiroshima University Archives that should manage the personnel information such as the college register books or the personnel records to prove an individual.
