Many studies concerning development of women as mother has indicated that women develop their personality through parenting of children. The development of personality in women has two aspects : changes of self as mother and changes of self as oneself. These two aspects seem to be profoundly related with relationships with children, husband, and other people around the family. One factor causing the development of personality in women should be everyday conflicts of parenting, because everyday conflicts of parenting often promote the accommodation of these relationships, and as a result, women may experience change of self as mother and oneself.
