美術教室におけるICT 環境の構築と活用に関する一考察

現在，電子黒板の配備は全国的に進み，タブレット端末を一斉導入する自治体も増えてきた。しかし，一方で課題も指摘されている。そのひとつは，教室に常設されておらず共用する機器については利用が進んでいないという実態である。多忙な中，機器の移動や設定に時間がとれないというのがその理由である。その点，美術教室をはじめとする特別教室は，教科の特性に応じた教室整備が可能である。

美術科では，鑑賞に限らず，用具の使い方や技法など様々なものを見せて説明する場面も多く，わかりやすい授業を展開する上では，ICT (Information and Communication Technology) の活用は極めて有効である。本稿の目的は，美術科教育におけるICT の活用に関して，実例を示すことによって，ICT環境の効果的な構築と活用を提案するとともに他教科におけるICT環境の整備や活用促進に貢献することである。

The use of electronic blackboards is becoming more common throughout Japan, and an increasing number of municipalities provide students with tablets. At the same time, problems have been cited. One is the lack of use of shared devices that are not permanently available in classrooms. This occurs because busy teachers don’t have time to move the devices to their classrooms and set them up. Such equipment can, however, be used in art and other special classrooms, depending on the nature of the subject.
　Art classes involve not only looking at art but also explanations of the use of art materials and various techniques. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) is highly effective in making lessons easily understood. The purpose of this article is to propose the effective creation and use of an ICT environment in art education by offering examples and to contribute to the creation and effective utilization of an ICT environment for other subjects.
