abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an educational clinical guidance program on the formation of teachers' competence in coordination and consultation skills. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with graduates who had graduated from graduate school more than 10 years ago, and the interview data were analyzed by SCAT. As a result, it was suggested that the educational clinical guidance program promoted the formation of teachers' competence in coordination and consultation, and led to the practice of coordination of team support, cooperation with SC and SSW, and construction of educational consultation system.
