広島市における統合保育の実態調査(2) : 担任及び加配保母を対象として
An Investigation of the Realities of Nursery Schools Practicing Integration in Hiroshima City (2) : Focusing into the nursery school teachers in charge of children and temporary nursery teachers

136 nursery school teachers and 113 temporary nursery teachers working in the nursery schools admitting admission of handicapped children in Hiroshima city were investigated by questionnaires. We examined the relationship between the nursing experiences and the extent of understandings for handicapped children, and considered the troubles and worries of temporary nursery teachers.
The main results were as follows:
1. The inexperienced temporary nursery teachers were troubled about the way of understanding feelings of children and also making the personal relationship with them. On the other hand, the experienced temporary nursery teachers carefully considered the personal relationship within children, the development of the behaviors in daily life, and nursing staffs' cooperation.
2. In some nursery schools, temporary nursery teachers were worried about human relations with nursing staffs.
3. We can say that it is important for all nursery teachers to have the nursing experiences with handicapped children to go on with integrative nursing smoothly.
