The purpose of this study is to grasp the reality of what problems teachers in health and physical education. The result was summarized in the following points.

1. The number of teachers in this study who were aware of problems was not high.

2. The problems can be categorized into four: a) institution and equipment, b) teachers' behavior, c) real conditions of students, d) others. In particular, it is speculated that drawing interest from students in limited amount of time and equipment is very hard to do.

3. The following problems were ranked high: setting aside a living hour, giving students' guidance, doing allocated duties of school management, getting latest information on subject matter or current news.

4. Many of the teachers ask colleagues' advices at school, but a certain number of them wish for getting solution out of school.
