abstract
The article explores some of the effects on classroom meeting by quality analysis. The authors adopted need-hierarchy theory to analyze dialogs in classroom meeting. As a result, the frequency of teacher's utterance decreased, and the frequency of children's utterance increased. Then, the quality of children's utterance changed from lower need-hierarchy to upper need-hierarchy.
