本研究は教育相談に関わる年数が教育効果に与える影響について明らかにすることを目的としている。大学生・大学院生等が教育相談に参加したときの教育効果についてアンケート調査(28名)を実施し、指導力、ICT活用能力、将来への活用について調査した。その結果、2年以上教育相談に携わる学生の方が教育効果は高いことが明らかとなった。2年以上関わった学生は卒業生と同様の結果が得られており、卒業後の教職への活用も期待されることが示された。数回、教育相談に参加するだけでもある程度の効果はみられるが、数年継続することで、効果が確立すると考えられる。この結果を生かし、これからも教育相談に参加する学生が教職に活用できるよう指導することを心がけていきたい。
abstract
Questionnaire surveys were held to examine educational effects on university and graduate students who participated in educational counseling (N = 28.) The three research items were as follows: teaching skills for class, literacy for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for teaching classes, and contribution when they became a teacher. The purpose of this research was to clarify how experience periods of participaticipation in educational counseling activities influenced educational effects on students. The results of this survey indicated that students with two-year or longer participation had increased effects. Students who participated for two years or longer gained the same results of graduates and were expected to contribute to the teaching profession after leaving university. Although participating several times in educational counseling exerted effects to some extent, this investigation suggested that continuous participation for several years could exert more pronounced effects. Taking these findings into account, we will guide students to enhance the teaching profession with the benefits from experiences of engaging in educational consultation.
