Differences between Teachers and Student Teachers in Nursing Behaviors

The purpose of this study was to examine features of daily childcare behaviors in a kindergarten by comparing teacher's behavior with student-teacher's. Five teachers and 3 student-teachers' behaviors were recorded by VTR for this purpose. Each subject's behaviors for 15 minutes were divided into 60 sections (duration of each section was 15 seconds), and behavior in each section was evaluated into 50 categories. Cluster analyses revealed features of childcare behaviors.
