A Study on In-service Education for Student Achievement : Focusing on Junior High School

This paper attempts to respond to the following two issues concerning in-service education in school; 1. Many schools hold in-service education in their schools several times a year. However, it not necessarily leads up to student achievement. 2. In-service education is not implemented sufficiently based on organizational management.

As a result of this study, I propose some points to activate in-service education in school in order to raise student achievement.
