Animal dissection is good teaching method to understand animal livings directly. But, almost all the science teachers don't have enough experiences and skills about it. Therefore, we caused students to do several animal dissections and compare the results on teacher training of graduate school of university.The results of this study are as follow: 1) Mouse and Frogs as typical animals of dissection are good teaching material for observing overview of inner organs.2) The other vertebrate animals are good teaching animals for observing specific organs that adapt to their habitats.3) Invertebrate animals are easy to prepare as materials of dissection. But, their inner organs are different to human's one. So, when teachers dissect these animals in class activity, they need to consider introduction and conclusion of the class.4) Students can image difference of animal's eating with comparing the lengths of body to small intestine.5) It is the good teaching material to learn evolution to compare each vertebrate animal's heart.6) We caused students to collect animals and make exemplar figures. So, students become to do both morphological and ecological approach to animal dissections.7) Students understood difficulty and importance of preparing teaching materials on biology education.From these results, student's skills of animal dissection were brushed up. Especially, they could learn basic method of dissection, positions of inner organs and view point of observation. It is a benefit to consider and develop teaching materials about animal dissection.Therefore, through this study, we could grasp each characteristic of animals as teaching material, and success to bring student's skills and experiences up qualitatively.
