In this research, we analyzed how children transform their interpretation for unknown entity through the activity "KURAYAMI exploration" which a rite of passage meaning is being given by the teacher in a kindergarten.
As a result, it became clear that children used the experience in the rite of passage. Children create own interpretation that was developed and transformed through "KURAYAMI exploration". This is a process to which the child understands the unknown one, the idea is transformed by own power, and it is shown to have acquired a new aspect. A program of stay kindergarten night
