The ability of help-seeking could be very important to make safe classroom climate and environment in school .The purpose of this study is to examine how classroom teachers promote their students' ability of help-seeking in their classes. Six classroom teachers were interviewed. PAC analysis and KJ analysis were performed with them (two less experienced teachers and four enough experienced teachers). The results revealed: (a) all teachers try to promote help-seeking ability in their class, (b) enough experience teachers have various strategies not only direct supports but also indirect ones. (3) indirect supports of enough experienced teachers include to establish excellent classroom climate and environment. (4) social skill training is not always used so often. However all of them try to support every activities to promote help-seeking ability. We need more studies to prove with other researches if these strategies of classroom teachers are effective to students or not.
