| Abstract |
Genji-Eikansho is a synopsis of Genji-monogatari. It was written by Shoeki Inawashiro under the order from Masamune Date. As was not widely known due to being read among the Date family, this work has been less well understood. This paper examines fundamental aspects of the text, by focusing on bibliographical parts.
