近年,看護師のメンタルヘルスや離職,患者満足などの観点から,看護師の職務満足の重要性が指摘されているが,実証研究はあまり行われていない。実証研究を進めていく上で,信頼性と妥当性の高い測定尺度を用いることが求められる。国内の研究では,Stamps-尾崎翻訳修正版尺度が最も多く用いられてきたが,その信頼性と妥当性については十分な検証がなされていない。本研究では,中国地方の公立病院で実施された満足度調査のデータを用いて,尺度の信頼性と妥当性についての分析を行った。その結果,尺度の内的一貫性は確認できたが,妥当性については十分でなかった。今後の実証研究を進めていく上で,高い信頼性と妥当性が確認された新たな尺度の開発が必要であろう。

While the importance of nurses' job satisfaction has been discussed in recent years in light of nurses' mental health, turnover, and patient satisfaction, there are not enough empirical studies of nurses' job satisfaction. In order to conduct an empirical study, it is required to use a scale with high reliability and validity. The Stamps-Ozaki scale has been widely used in domestic researches, but neither reliability nor validity of the scale has been fully examined yet. In this research, the reliability and validity of the Stamps-Ozaki scale was tested using the data of nurses' satisfaction in a public hospital of the Chugoku Area. As a result, while internal consistency of the scale has been confirmed, the validity of the scale was not. In future empirical studies, it is necessary to develop a new scale with high reliability and validity.
