| abstract | Ars rhetorica apud Aristotelem habet relationem intiinain ad dialecticam in libris Topicorum. Quodquod problema positum fuerit, rhetorica et dialectica istud problema tractare possunt. Haec quidem est similitudo inter rhetoricam et dialecticam, sed differntia notabilis existit in usu enthymematum. Rhetorica utitur enthymematibus ut mediis moventibus mentem auditorum. Contra hoc, dialectica generaliter utitur syllogismis et inductionibus ut mediis elenchi. Rhetorica qui est non eadem ac dialectica valet vulgare in experientia et opinionibus.
