Base on the labor related greetings the differences between greeting expressions of China and Japan were studied experimentally in the research. Expressions of labor related greetings in Chinese and Japanese were comprehensively investigated using questionnaire. According to these questionnaires, the greetings were classified and processed statistically. And then differences between the greeting expressions of China and Japan were discussed from following three aspects:1) Differences between the greetings which are used among the colleagues when they want to end a work.2) Differences between the greetings which are used among the colleagues when ones end their work and leave their office before others.3) Differences between the greetings which are used by someone whose colleagues want to end their work and leave their office before himself or herself.
