Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the process of establishment of “literary experience”. In particular, I clarified how the interrelationships in the world (story) of multiple characters are constructed. First, I organized the previous research in “literary experience” and made three hypotheses to establish “literary experience”. Next, after conducting an analysis of the teaching materials of “White hat”, I designed and practiced a unit based on the actual situation of the children. As a result of the research based on a series of practical results, the process of formation of the next learner’s “literary experience” was clarified. (1) Through the language activity of making manga, the learner became a <narrator> and re-spoken. By doing this, I was able to imagine the world seen by various characters, even the parts that are not directly spoken of in “White hat”. (2) Through a series of activities such as discussions and manga writing, the learner builds a consistent reading while going back and forth between various character positions centered on the character of interest. There is. In the future, since language activities will diff er depending on the developmental stage and teaching materials, it will be necessary to systematically build lessons that allow learner to repeat practice and engage in “literary experience.”
