Abstract
The aim of this study is to clarify the structure of teacher's belief system in kindergarten. The questionnaire was adopted as a method for this research. It consists of sixty-eight questions. Consequently, 104 responses were collected from kindergarten teachers. The data were analyzed from three aspects; their ages, lengths of their career, and qualifications. The following are the main results. 1) Kindergarten teacher's Belief is different depending on the age. 2) Kindergarten teacher's Belief is changed by the experience. 3) Kindergarten teacher's Belief was different according to their acquired qualification. Namely, Belief is different in those who acquire the nursery teacher qualification and those who acquire the teacher of the elementary school.
