The purpose of this paper is to use the free description data obtained from the questionnaire survey for principals and school business manager, that is, qualitative data, and to analyze the business manager in the realization of "team school" through the analysis by the method of text mining. As a result of the analysis, the following findings were obtained. As a whole, the principal is an education / teacher who actively participates in and participates in school management and for administrative staff, and demonstrates his / her expertise centered on budget / financial aspects as an administrative staff. It became clear that they have "overall" expectations (feelings) such as support, information gathering and dissemination. On the other hand, business manager accepts the "overall" role consciousness of the principal, and in particular, supports education and teachers by utilizing their budget and financial expertise as administrative staff, and reduces the work burden associated with it. It became clear that it has a concrete role image of business improvement, information gathering and dissemination inside and outside the school, and connection with people and institutions (resource acquisition and expansion). And both the principal and the clerical staff are "information management and dissemination" as the role of the clerical staff in the realization of "team school" (role image as "information manager") and "colleague faculty and staff" as the interpersonal relationship of the clerical staff. Expectations and role recognition for the above were suggested.
