In spite of the same form of a character, there are cases where the standard order of writing is different to each other. The following is an example. There are three kinds of the standard order of writing. Examples abound.
王-king 1) ‾ | - _ 2) ‾ - | _ 3) ‾ - _ | There are historical backgrounds in the cases. But so far the cases have been studied from a view-point of jikei-syugi. Only few studies have so far been made at the history of writing order. The purpose of this paper is to propose a conception of the study on the history of writing order. |
